Jeff Foster an English author and spiritual expert, someone who is filled with humor and compassion, and concern spoke simply and unswervingly about emotional therapeutic healing and awakening. He taught me that it is normal and perfectly okay to search explore the sacred in the ordinary. Here’s what I learned from Foster and today It’s worth sharing and acclimatizing and adapting…
If you feel like sitting idle, feel free to do nothing at all.
Let yourself rest and respite.
If you don’t feel like starting or beginning a new project, then just don’t do it.
If you want to cancel or postpone something until tomorrow, then do it.
Feel the ampleness of the emptiness and desolation, the massiveness of the silence and calmness, the sheer life in your uncreative moments.
If you don’t feel like speaking, stay quiet and silent.
If you don’t feel the desire to create something new, just relax in the exquisiteness of the old, the acquainted, the known.
Remember time does not always need to be filled or occupied.
If the news bore you, turn it off.
You are abundant, simply in your being.
If you feel exhausted and tired, rest and relax.
The beauty of life arises in the stillness and tranquillity of your silence…
…This is what German- Canadian wellness guru Eckhart Tolle also expressed.
