Her Look

She…

Remembering her wind-blown look, the manner it clung to her,

and she, attempting to shield herself from its

gale force.

It had almost swept her away and would have if she had not stood

firmly in place, positioning herself in a preventative

measure.

Taking a few steps forward and twice as many back, moving ahead,

and never giving in…

At times,

she found it difficult to comprehend, the abstract reasoning,

if one were wanting to analyse all of which was

written of,

in reference to this write, the motive and interpretation.

It is an image difficult to perceive without having experiencing

the gale-force winds, and the rain which were soon to

follow…

I imagine taking a few steps forward and twice as many back,

if one were wanting to interpret the complex

perplexity,

as one retracing their footsteps moving forward and backward

through time. Not wanting to be misconstrued, but it is

an assumption, bespeaking of

now and then.

And what of she, is she faring well. I fear she may have been overly

confident, attempting to weather the storm in the manner she had.

Of course, this has no bearing on the matter, and any conclusion

one may want to adhere to, will be considered biased

and irrelevant.
