An inquire A visual perception...

What one perceives one to be, is a reflection of one’s self.

A preponderance, if you will, dependent on one’s

attributes, based on how one presents

themselves to

others…

May I inquire of your intent; remembering your fragility, vulnerable,

as you are, unable to cope with another infliction

which you would find an

affront…

I will not prey on you as others

have,

realizing there are those who are inclined to. Not that I ever would,

but to have seen that look of apprehension within your eyes

fearing what you felt most

frightening….

A whisper of a tear and she softly sighing beneath the pale

moonlight…

So vivid, the imagery, a darkened night, the moon rising,

partially hid behind a misty shroud,

and she,

silently reaching whilst bathing within the shadows…

Nothing more, but a remembrance

I regret having

kept.

Remembering the silence within the years gone by,

the echoes of her footsteps which were

to follow.
