If 100 black ants and 100 red ants are in a glass jar nothing will happen. But if you take a pot, shake it vigorously and leave it on the table, the ants will begin to kill each other. Blacks believe that blacks are the enemy and blacks believe that reds are the enemy. When the real enemy is the man who shook the jar. The same is true in society.
