The inspirational author Dodinsky has found a kindred spirit in Johnnie Walker’s ‘Keep Walking’ campaign, which features its renowned Striding Man emblem actively walking forward as a rallying cry for progress, as encouragement in hardship, and as a joyful statement of optimism.
“A lot of walking will do your life good,” he writes in his contemplative book ‘In The Garden of Thoughts.’
Avoid arguments that will lead to rage and nowhere. People who actively put you down should be avoided.
Leave the practice of pleasing individuals who will never see your worth. Remove yourself from any notion that threatens your peace of mind.
Avoid judgmental people; they have no idea what you are going through or what you have been through. Get away from your mistakes and your fears; they do not define your fate. The more you distance yourself from things that poison your soul, the better your life will be.”
“Keep Walking” is possibly the best bit of advice you’ll ever hear.
